The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Mesnes

A/24/97730/CU Hind Dental Practice 1 Mesnes Park Terrace Wigan WN1 1SU.

Change of use of ground floor from dental surgery (Class E) to 5 bedroom 5 person

HMO (Class C4) and retention of existing first floor and second floor accommodation (Class C3) following demolition of existing garage.

A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for Listed Building Consent and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Town Centre.

A/24/97747/LB Bank Chambers Library Street Wigan WN1 1NN. Listed Building consent for replacement of existing timber windows with new timber windows to the rear at first floor.

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made to Wigan Council for the above works which the Council considers would affect the setting of a listed building and which is within a Conservation Area: Wigan Pier.

A/24/97534/VARMAJ Eckersley Mill 1 Swan Meadow Road Wigan. To vary condition 21 (hours) of planning permission

A/22/94479/MAJOR – The Foodhall/Bar hereby approved shall not be open for trade or business except during the following hours: Sunday to Thursday, 09:00 - 00:30, Friday and Saturday, 09:00 - 01:30, Non Standard Timings: Sunday and Monday of Bank Holiday weekends, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, 09:00 - 01:30.

Office – Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 20:00; and Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays, 08:00 to 00:00.

For the avoidance of doubt, the above restrictions do not apply to Class E(G)(i) office use which can operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
