Town End Farm Partnership Ltd is applying to the Local Planning Authority for planning permission for: Hybrid application consisting of detailed application for A1290 junction arrangement and outline application for construction of up to 81,010 sqm of industrial space (use class B2, B8. E (g)(iii)) with all matters reserved.
The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The above application relates to development on land or buildings owned by the Sunderland City Council.
