c) Erection of a single storey extension to side following demolition of existing garage (REVISED SCHEME OF 24/0 I 289/REG3) at 2 Autherd Garth Walkington HU 17 8RZ (Ref: 24/02448/REG3)
d) Replacement of existing hipped roof with ridged roof and construction of a dormer window to rear to create additional living space, extension to existing chimneys, installation of second floor windows to sides, erection of porch canopy to front and alterations to windows at Bedlams 17 Eppleworth Road Cottingham HU 16 5YE (Ref: 24/02352/PLF)

i) Installation of I 4no solar panels with internal control and battery equipment inside adjacent tower on bespoke framework at St Augustines Church Church Lane Skirlaugh HU I I 5EU (Ref: 24/022I6/PLF)
j) Construction of a Liquid Carbon Dioxide temporary storage and export facility at Land at Grid Reference 516446 427325 Saltend Lane Saltend HU 12 8AE (Ref: 24/023 I 5/CM)
Proposals (b,d,g,h) are each within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (g,h,i) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (c,f) affect the setting of a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (b,f,g,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section I of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (j) is being given wider publicity. Proposal (i) affects a public right of way. Proposals (a,e) are major developments.
