PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/2217- 51 South Road, Cressington (19) Applicant Mr Kevin Dryhurst. Section 73 Planning Application to vary condition 2 attached to planning ref 19H/2063 (To amalgamate existing dwelling and flats to create 1no. dwelling, demolish stair access to flats and existing double garage, erect single storey double garage with link, extend external terrace, reinstate turret slate roofs to front and side elevations, install new and replacement windows, create lightwells to side and front, insert rooflights, erect dormer extension to side, reconfigure roof facing the Esplanade, carry out alterations to conservatory and other minor external alteration) so as to make amendments to the (as built) Sun room glazing and door, Conservatory, flat leaded roof and glazed lantern and glazing / patio doors and door to the rear of the garage. To also make amendments to the (unbuilt) Glazed linkage between the main house and the garage.

23L/0796 - 13 Stanley Terrace (18) Applicant Mr Michael Brady, Heritage Joinery Solutions Ltd. To refurbish two existing front elevation sash windows and replacement of back elevation modern casement with a new box sliding sash windows, incorporating slim line heritage double glazing.

24H/2173 - 51 South Road, Cressington, Liverpool, (19) Applicant Mr Kevin Dryhurst. To erect a single storey garden room and an external kitchen area to rear with pergola structure over installed patio.

24A/2198 - 2b Maryland Street (1) Applicant Mr Gary Williams, 2B Maryland Street Ltd. To display 1 no. externally illuminated projecting sign.

24F/2003 - Woolton Picture House, Woolton Street (25) Applicant Jonathan Woodward. Replacement of existing roof covering with slate tiles and integrated solar tiles; replace existing entrance steps with external ramp and platform with glazed balustrade; new glazing to external canopy over the main entrance; removal of services/ water tank structures on flat roof; re-instate windows and main entrance doors and install new steps and provide new secondary entrance doors to the front elevation and construction of planting beds to the front and side (Mill Street) elevations; installation of four cycle parking stands to front; alterations 

24H/1847 - The Nook, Fulwood Park (17) Applicant Graeme Ankers. To erect part two/part single storey side extension incorporating no. 2 balconies and a Juliette balcony and PV panels, first floor glazed link to coach house with incorporating dormers, external alterations to coach house, single storey swimming pool building to front, new internal boundary wall and no. 2 gates, new hardstanding, compost store to front and removal of log store; landscaping, removal of ten trees and prune canopy of tree

24L/2232 - 92 Bold Street (1) Applicant Mr. Dave Ayton. 
To install a replacement timber shopfront

Applicant Mrs. Natalie Edwards. To display no. 1 externally illuminated fascia text

24L/1615 & 24F/1614 - 8 Castle Street, City Centre (2) Applicant Andrew Peters, The 23 Group ltd. To install ventilation flue to rear courtyard/lightwell, replace shop front and carry out internal alterations to ground floor and basement of listed building in association with change of use to restaurant and bar (Sui Generis) (amended description of proposal and plans)
