I give notice that Elivia Homes Eastern is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of Condition 1 of WD/2022/2182/MRM (reserved matters pursuant to outline application WD/2020/0700/MAO (outline application for the erection of up to 50 dwellings) – appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) to enable alteration to garage and parking provision to various plots alongside the minor re-siting of plots 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 29 & 30. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
