What is planned?

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLEUNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1.Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of 4 storey live/work unit at 7 Pepper Street, Newcastle Staffordshire ST5 1PR by Mr Peter Jackson. File Ref: 24/00602/FUL (Site is within Newcastle Town Centre Conservation Area)

2.Proposed part single, part two storey extensions to rear, side and front elevations of house at 3 Church Bank, Keele, ST5 5AT by Mr Green File Ref:24/00578/FUL (Site is within Keele Conservation area and adjacent to a Listed Building).

The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13

1.Change of use to General 
Industrial (Class B2) and Storage & Distribution (Class B8) uses at Units 1 And 2 Brick Kiln Lane Chesterton Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by Broxap Limited File Ref: 24/00617/FUL

During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice the Planning Authority provides the facility to inspect the application plans and documents on line at www.newcastle-staffs.gov. uk by following the link to Planning and Public Access

Any person who wishes to make representations to the above mentioned Council should make them in writing within that period to the Development Control Manager, Regeneration and Development Services Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-underLyme ST5 1BL or e-mail to planningapplications@ newcastle-staffs.gov.uk 

Please bear in mind that any comments and the name and address of the persons making the comments will be open to inspection by, and may be copied to, other parties as they form part of the statutory register for applications and will be displayed on the Councils website. Personal data, such as signatures, email address and telephone numbers will be removed. However, the names and addresses of those people who comment on the application are required and will be published. Please note that anonymous comments cannot be taken into consideration. You may wish to avoid unnecessary publication of your personal details by sending your representations as attachments when corresponding by email, but you will need to include your name and address. 

The Council does not require signatures on letters.
