1. Battle Conservation Area. Remedial works to a grade 2 listed building to
repair, restore and stabilize the front elevation and roof including works to the front facade, windows and internal structure of the building. 82 High Street, The Flat, Battle RR/2024/1056/P & RR/2024/1391/L
2. Bexhill Town Centre Conservation Area. Installation of a sculpture in front of Bexhill Rowing Club on the seafront side. Boathouse, Marina Court Avenue, Bexhill RR/2024/1183/P
3. Winchelsea Conservation Area. Works to a grade 2 listed building to include the relocation of Kitchen to Utility Room. Well House, Castle Street, Icklesham RR/2024/1194/L
4. Removal of condition 11 (requirement for NatureSpace Certificate) imposed on RR/2022/1157/P as the eDNA surveys confirm no presence of Great Crested Newts. The Atlas Business Park and Weslake site, Rye Harbour Road, Icklesham RR/2024/1330/P
5. Rye Conservation Area. Affects the setting of a listed building. Erection of a summerhouse. Construction of an ornamental pond (replacing existing garden pond to be filled in with earth). Cellar window guard. Norman House, West Street, Rye, RR/2024/1371/P
6. Rye Conservation Area. Cellar window guard. Norman House, West Street, Rye, RR/2024/1372/L
7. Affects the setting of Northiam Conservation Area. Two storey extension at side to create garage with bedroom over. Oaklands, Rye Road, Northiam

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 4, 5 & 7 above and Listed Building Consent in respect of 1, 3 & 6 above.

These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
