Application reference: PL/2024/0001542/RESM Site address: Land South of Sutton Stop Proposed development: Submission of reserved matters (appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline application OUT/2021/3041 granted on 03/03/2023 under appeal ref. APP/ U4610/W/22/3307272 for the erection of up to 262 dwellings and associated works, including the demolition of 294 and 296 Grange Road to provide new vehicular access Reason: This application is classed as a major development

Application reference: PL/2024/0001055/LBC and PL/2024/0001054/FUL Site address: Selminas Restaurant, 16 Spon End Proposed development: Erection of single storey rear extension and gates to rear boundary Reason: The proposed works would affect the setting of a listed building and affect the character or appearance of a conservation area

Application reference: PL/2024/0001164/HHA Site address: Southcrest, Cryfield Grange Road Proposed development: Remedial works to the main lawn to raise levels of lawn and re-lay turf 
Reason: The proposed works would affect the character or appearance of a conservation area
