Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received: Application No. 15/24/00010: Tavener Court, Front Street, Stone Allerton, Axbridge, BS26 2NN. Variation of Conditions 2, 9, 12, 14 & 16 of Planning Permission Application No. 15/20/00019 (Erection of a dwelling & garage) to amend the approved drawings & to provide additional information. Thissite lies within a Conservation Area. Application No. 17/24/00044: Yeo Valley Farms Blagdon Ltd, Axbridge Road, Cheddar, BS26 2DP. Variation of Conditions 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 24, 27, 31, 32 & 34 of Planning Permission 17/18/00073 (Outline application with some matters reserved for the demolition of existing buildings & erection of a mixed-use scheme comprising up to 100 residential units(Class C3), up to 60 bedspaces care/retirement facility (Class C2), up to 12 bedspaces extra care facility (Class C2), up to 250 sqm nursery use (Class E (f)), up to 750 sqm business use (Class E (g)), & up to 5 live/work units(ClassC3/E (g)), with ancillary worksincluding landscaping, access, parking & circulation space.) to amend the approved plans listed in schedule A (condition 3), & to amend the approved wording of conditions 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18, 19, 20, 24, 27, 31, 32 & 34. This proposal is a major development & may affect a public right of way. Application No. 17/24/00046:
The Homestead, Kent Street, Cheddar, BS27 3LG. Erection of a single storey rear South extension & a first floor extension to the West elevation, & a partial garage conversion. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission issubmitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
