under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984
as amended, and all other enabling

(Road Closure) Temporary Traffic
Regulation Order 2024

The Council gives notice that it has made
the above Order under Sections 14 and 15
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as
amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary
Restrictions) Act 1991), being satisfied that
all traffic should be restricted or prohibited
to ensure that the following works can be
undertaken in safety along Hobs Moat
Road, Solihull, B92 8JX - Closed to
southbound traffic between Old Lode Lane
and Melton Avenue’ from Monday
9th September 2024 at 08:00 until Friday
20th September 2024 at 18:00hrs. Reason
for restriction: SPRINT -— Enabling Works.
Works on behalf of: Transport for West
Midlands. Diversion route: Old Lode Lane
and Hobs Moat Road. Access will be
maintained through the site for Police, Fire
and Ambulance Services responding to
emergencies. Pedestrian access to all
properties within the restriction and access
through the restriction will be maintained
along defined routes throughout the period
