What is planned?

HERTSMERE BOROUGH COUNCIL

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/1066/HSE/MV: 44 Heath Drive, Potters Bar, EN6 1EJ. Demolition of existing rear conservatory. Construction of single storey side infill and rear extensions to include integration of existing detached garage and conversion to habitable space. Replacement of existing 6 x sloping side dormers with 5 x pitched dormers (3 x to one side elevation, 2 x to opposite side elevation). Alterations to fenestration to include provision of front entrance and replacement of existing windows. Hard and soft landscaping works to include partial removal of existing greenery and creation of vehicular hardstanding for provision of 2 x off road parking spaces. Reason: Conservation Area.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
