24/00144/PPD – 5B Ardmore, Eochar, South Uist. Erection of dwelling and garage, with associated access track and parking, installation of drainage, ground source heat pump.

24/00313/PPD – 21 Vatisker, Back, Lewis. Erect 1.75 storey house; create access; and install ground source heat network.
24/00321/PPD – Balallan Hall, Balallan, Lochs, Lewis. Siting of container for storage associated with Balallan Hall.
24/00323/PPD – Caravan Site, 47 Fivepenny, Borve, Lewis. Change of use of land for the siting of 2 no. pods for holiday accommodation. Create two motorhome pitches.
24/00324/PPD – 47 Fivepenny, Borve, Lewis. Change of use of land for the siting of storage container; part to be used as a hot food takeaway. Provision of car parking and turning area.
