NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that HUNTINGDONSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL pursuant to Section 123(2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 intends to dispose of part of Hinchingbrooke Country Park by way of Deed of Easement. The land is currently held as open space. DESCRIPTION OF THE PARCEL OF LAND
The land in question is situated to the North of the B1514 Huntingdon Road, opposite Bromholme Lane in Hinchingbrooke covering an area of 9 square meters ("the Land').
A plan of the Land which will be subject to the Deed of Easement may be inspected on written request to The Property Estates Department, Huntingdonshire District Council contact details below. NOTES: Any objections to the proposed disposal of the Land must be made in writing and addressed to The Property Estates Department, Pathfinder House, St Mary's Street Huntingdon PE29 3TN or by email: CRM_Estates@huntingdonshire.gov.uk and also a copy sent to the Legal Department - Property, 3C Shared Services, South Cambridgeshire Hall, Cambourne Business Park, Cambourne, Cambridge CB23 6EA prior to the 26th of September 2024 giving the reasons for such objection.
