What is planned?

Somerset Council - Planning North Team Town & Country Planning Act 1990 Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 201S Planning (Listed Buildings & Conservation Areas) Act 1990

Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 55/24/00006: Cherry Tree Bam, Robins Lane, Burtle, Bridgwater, TA7 8NT. Erection of single storey extension to (NW) elevation & the erection of a double garage. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 33/24/00015: Larches Barn, The Causeway, Mark, Highbridge, TA9 4QF. Erection of single story rear North extension with INo. rooftight. This application may affect the setting of a listed building. (Householder application).

Application No. 11/24/00040: Unit 8, Westmans Trading Estate, Love Lane, Burnham On Sea, TA8 1EY. Retrospective change of use from retail plumbing shop to fast food takeaway with seating. This application is of public interest.

Application No. 08/24/00099 & 08/24/00100: Bridgwater Library, Binford Place, Bridgwater, TA6 3LF. Proposed removal & replacement of roof, using existing pantiles where possible, with the addition of insulation between & above the rafters, & structural timber repairs as required Stonework & masonry repairs, investigation & repair of lath & plaster ceilings. Overlaying of flat roof to two-storey extension, with the addition of insulation. See schedule of works for full description of works. This site lies within a Conservation Area & the application affects a listed building.

Application No. 08/24/00137: Unit 3, East Quay, Bridgwater, TA6 4DB. Erection of 2no. internally illuminated LED signboards (displaying static images). This development may affect the setting of a public right of way.

For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
