Proposal: Outline application (with access to be determined, all other matters reserved) for development of a new dual-site Motorway Service Area (MSA) to provide up to 850 car and motorcycle parking spaces (including accessible EV and accessible spaces); up to 450 Heavy Goods Vehicle (HGV) parking spaces; coach and caravan parking; two amenity buildings; two fuel filling stations; two drive-through food and drink establishments; new access slip roads from M25 (clockwise and anticlockwise); and associated landscaping, infrastructure and ancillary works.
