Notice is given that the following application in the opinion of Stafford Borough Council, would affect Conservation Areas and/or Listed Buildings

24/39440/HOU - 130 Newport Road Stafford Staffordshire - New rear conservatory, double doors to garden room with conservation rooflight, New first floor bathroom and internal reconfiguration to include a new bathroom in the landing area.

24/39417/FUL - 7 Lichfield Road Stafford Staffordshire - Convert Council owned land adjacent to Car Park to a bin store with perimeter fencing

24/39438/FUL - 37 Greengate Street Stafford Staffordshire - Removal of existing silicon based render to the south facing gable wall on the corner of Mill St. Prepare elevation and re render with non hydraulic lime rendering

24/39439/LBC - 37 Greengate Street Stafford Staffordshire - Removal of existing silicon based render to the south facing gable wall on the corner of Mill St. Prepare elevation and re render with non hydraulic lime rendering.

 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

24/39424/OUT - Land Adjacent 3 Quarry Lane Gnosall Stafford - Outline application for a single dwelling within the garden area of 3 Quarry Lane ( access only )

The proposed development affects a right of way to which Part 3 of the Wildlife & Countryside Act 1981 (public rights of way) applies.

Members of the public may view the application documents online or at Stafford Borough Council, Civic Centre, Stafford during office hours until 25 September 2024. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations about these applications should write to the Development Department at Stafford Borough Council Civic Centre, Riverside, Stafford, ST16 3AQ by 25 September 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Access for Information Act 1985 any representations will be open for public inspection.
