PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

a) Erection of a replacement grain store (Retrospective
Application) at Arras Farm Kiplingcotes Lane

b) Erection of a two storey extension to side and porch
to front, construction of dormer window to rear to
allow for loft conversion, raised patio deck to rear
with replacement staircase to garden, installation of
2 no. roof lights to front, 2 no. windows to replace
single window to rear and glazed doors to replace
existing garage door, partial conversion of garage to
create additional living accommodation, blocking up
of first floor window to side, all following demolition
of existing conservatory to side and porch to front
at Bendale House 29A Main Street Stamford Bridge

c) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at Ivy

d) Erection of a livestock unit with associated
infrastructure, new access and change of use of
existing livestock shed to general purpose storage at
Green Acres Main Street Melbourne YO42 4RE
(Ref: 24/02353/PLF)
Proposals (b,c) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (a,d) affect a public right of way.
