TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (SCOTLAND) ACT 1997 (as amended) STOPPING UP AND DIVERSION OF FOOTPATH (NORTHCRAIGS, KILMARNOCK) ORDER 2024

East Ayrshire Council hereby give notice that they have made an order under Section 208 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 (as amended), authorising the permanent stopping up and diversion of a right of way footpath at:

NORTHCRAIGS, KILMARNOCK
The section of the right of way footpath at Northcraigs, Kilmarnock will be permanently stopped up and diverted to allow for the development of planning applications 22/0005/AMCPPP and 24/0011/AMCPPP.

Copies of the Order and relevant plan specifying the section of footpath to be permanently stopped up, and the permanent diversion route to be put in place, are available at the link below during the period of 28 days from 4th September 2024.

Within that period, any person may, by written notice to East Ayrshire Council, object to the making of the Order. Objections should state the name and address of the objector, the matters to which the objections relate and the grounds on which they are made.
