1. Affects Setting of Listed Building. Erection of day room, stable-style building and stores for use in connection with the mixed business & residential use of the land, together with the erection of fencing, gates & piers, installation of external lighting and drainage works. 2. Replacement of surface of main churchyard path from Bredon gravel to brick St Mary's Church, Folkestone Road, East Guldeford RR/2024/1098/P
3. Removal of existing roof coverings, re-using some existing and new fabric to reroof the existing outbuilding, with associated timber and masonry repairs to a grade 2* listed building. Wickham Manor, Wickham Rock Lane, Icklesham RR/2024/1193/L
4. Application for the removal of condition 2 imposed on RR/2023/479/P to
enable any type of caravan/park home/mobile home on the site to be
occupied on a permanent residential basis. Barnhorne Manor Caravan Park, Barnhorn Road Bexhill RR/2024/1235/P
Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1 and 2 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 3 and 4 above.
Amended plans/information have been received for the proposed development in respect of 1 above.
These applications can be viewed on the planning website at www.rother.gov.uk/planning or alternatively via the public access computers at the Battle Library, Market Square, Battle, or at Rye Library, 30A High Street, Rye.
