NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15(3) OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT
Proposed development at Land West of Highmoor Lane Highmoor Lane Clifton Brighouse Calderdale.
I give notice that Bellway Homes (Yorkshire) and Malcolm and Melvyn Bretton are applying to Calderdale Council for planning permission for the development of 308 residential dwellings with associated access and landscaping - Phase 1A of the Thornhills Garden Community and that the application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

● The plans
● The environmental statement
● And other documents submitted with the application.
At Brighouse Library, Halifax Road, Brighouse HD6 2AF, during all reasonable houses until 30th September 2024. Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from Brighouse Library at a charge of 10p for each A4 sheet and 20p for each A3 sheet.
It is also available on the Council’s website at https://portal.calderdale.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=Application using the reference 24/00251.
