Planning and Listed Building Consent applications received by Norwich City Council:

24/00814/F - 603 Earlham Road. Extend L shaped garage conversion to provide an additional bedroom.

24/00915/F - 15 Conesford Drive. Existing cladding has deteriorated on the second floor and needs replacing with similar to match and insulation has been included.

24/00967/F - University Of East Anglia, Earlham Road. A replacement system to manage the car parks across the campus including the change of car park entrance and exit barriers, payment machines, security cameras and signage at the entrances and exits.

24/00689/F - 426 Unthank Road. Single storey rear extension; window and door to front elevation replaced with window only; conservation rooflights added to roof on front elevation.

24/00969/L - Santander, 5 Orford Hill. Proposed refurbishment works to internal spaces and to external shopfront.

24/00943/L - St Mary Coslany Church, St Marys Plain. Installation of hand-written sign on the tympanum above the main exterior doors.

24/00963/L - St Andrews And Blackfriars Halls, St Andrews Street. Variation of conditions 2 and 3 of previous consent 23/01425/L to allow detailed design changes.
