Comments about the proposal can be made in writing or online, within 30 days of the publication of this advertisement. Representations should be sent to Development Management, Mid Devon District Council Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, Devon, EX16 6PP, or alternatively online by visiting www.middevon.gov.uk/planning. Comments will not be acknowledged. Please quote the planning reference number on all correspondence. Only planning matters can be considered and comments which the Council considers to be inappropriate may be removed.
The Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 requires that representations on applications must be available for inspection by Councillors or members of the public (which includes the press). Comments received will be placed on the application file for inspection at Phoenix House and published on our website as a result of this requirement.
