What is planned?

REDCAR & CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2024/0559/CA: Bricking up existing rear kitchen door; French doors to replace existing kitchen window at The Moorings, Albion Terrace, Saltburn

*R/2024/0563/CA: Replace existing pitched roof with flat roof; revisions to windows and addition of roof lights at 36 Windsor Road, Saltburn

*R/2024/0570/CA: Replace glazed timber front door, sidelight and window at The Lodge, Victoria Road, Saltburn

*R/2024/0575/CA: Replacement windows at 25 Windsor Road, Saltburn

*R/2024/0578/CA: Front porch extension; alterations to roof of rear extension; solar panels to front, detached carport and workshop at 5 Gill Street, Saltburn

*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2024/0581/LB: LBC for replacement of 10 windows at 1-3 Barns Farm Cottages, Guisborough

R/2024/0524/CA: Shop front and windows at 65 Westgate, Guisborough

Applications can be viewed on the Council’s web site: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded if required. Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this publication. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
