The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building
1. Erection of first and second floor extension, formation of improved access and refurbishments at Tower Works, Birkhouse Lane, Paddock, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92136.
2. Erection of single storey extension to side at 4-5, Lower Top of Hill Farm, Barkisland, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/91630.
The following planning applications have been received which affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
3. Variation of condition 1 (plans) of previous reserved matters approval 2017/90190 pursuant to outline permission 2014/93014 for erection of residential development comprising of 41 dwellings plus associated works at Land off, Edgerton Road, Edgerton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92167.
4. Erection of 13 dwellings with associated access road and landscaping at Land to the south of, 5-25, Clay Well, Golcar, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92153.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
5. Erection of single storey rear extension at 24, Mill House Court, Linthwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2024/92158.
The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent
6. Discharge of details reserved by Condition 2. (demolition strategy) of previous permission 2024/90270 for Listed Building Consent for demolition, alteration, refurbishment and extension to create library, food hall and public realm (part within a Conservation Area) at Queensgate Market, Princess Alexandra Walk, Huddersfield. Application No.2024/92282.

7. HUD/345/20, HUD/477/10, HUD/477/20, HUD/477/30, HUD/477/40, HUD/477/50, HUD/478/10, HUD/478/20, HUD/478/30, HUD/478/50, HUD/479/10, HUD/480/10, HUD/481/10, HUD/481/20 & HUD/482/10). Application No. 2024/92167.
8. Erection of 13 dwellings with associated access road and landscaping at Land to the south of, 5-25, Clay Well, Golcar, Huddersfield (Footpath No. COL/56/40). Application No. 2024/92153.
