PUBLIC NOTICE

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990

The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.

24F/1989- 12 Pilgrim Street (1) Applicant Harold Bodansky. To retain change of use from student accommodation to holiday let and associated internal alterations.

24F/2148- 15-21 Lark Lane (17) Mr Brian McAnoy. Proposed first and second floor extension to rear, to install patio doors to the rear incorporating a Juliette balcony. To create an outdoor seating area to first floor at the rear in association with use of the upper floors as a 10 no. bed apart hotel (Use Class C1).

24F/1982 - Land near 7 Greenough Street (25) Applicant Stephen Clark. To retain installation of gate to alleyway.

24L/2175 - 5 Olive Mount Villas, Mill Lane (15) Applicant RWH Management. To undertake internal alterations in connection with the use of the premises as a children’s home (Use Class C2).

24F/2160 - 23 Nook Rise (15) Applicant Mr Finley Lucy. To replace windows to front elevation (retrospective).

24H/2188 - 51 South Road (19) Applicant Mr. Kevin Dryhurst. To retain hard and soft landscaping works.

The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 20th September 2024 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH. In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. Please note that any comments sent can be seen by members of the public, including the applicant.
