(B740 SANQUHAR - CRAWFORDJOHN) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) No. 2 ORDER 2024
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close B740, 500m north of Orchard Farm from 9am on 09/09/2024 to 5pm on 22/11/2024.The closure is necessary to facilitate reconstruction to collapsed section of banking/road and road drainage improvements. Alternative route available via B740, B7078, A702, B797, A76(T) and vice versa.

(DUMFRIES PRIDE MARCH) (TEMPORARY TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDER) ORDER 2024 
The Council has made an Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 to temporarily close roads by means of a rolling road closure in Dumfries Town Centre from 1315 to 1400 on 07/09/24. 
The route being taken is via High St, Friars Vennel, Whitesands, Shakespeare St, returning to High St. The closure is necessary to facilitate the Dumfries Pride March. Emergency access will be available if required. Pedestrian access will be maintained.
