Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013
greentech invite you to consultation events for the proposed Peattie Solar Farm. The proposal is for a ground mounted solar photovoltaic (PV) development of 22MW on land at Mill of Peattie Farm, Kinnochtry (Easting 322342, Northing 736762), southwest of Kettins and east of Burrelton in Perth & Kinross.
A proposal of application notice (PoAN) has been submitted to Perth & Kinross Council.
greentech invites you to attend a public consultation event: Kettins Community Hub, School Road, Kettins, PH13 9JL Wednesday 11th September 2024, 1pm - 7pm
The exhibition material will be available on the project website from 11th September, where comments can be made online or in writing -

Those wishing to make comments on the proposal may do so at the consultation event or via the website until 27 September 2024. greentech will then hold a further exhibition event at Kettins Community Hub on Thursday 17th October 2024, 1pm - 7pm - which will include how we have taken into account feedback from the first consultation round.
Comments should be made to greentech and do not constitute a formal representation to the Council.
An opportunity to make a formal representation will exist when a subsequent planning application is made to Perth & Kinross Council. Thank you and we hope you can attend the exhibition events.
