What is planned?
Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) [Scotland) Amendment Regulations 2021
Notice under Regulation 7(2) (b) - Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant
Mixed-Use development comprising of circa 800 bed Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) and circa 400 bed co-Living residential development with associated landscaping, amenity, access, ancillary works, and retail/ commercial unit(s), Use Classes 1A (retail), Class 3 (restaurant, cafe, food and drink) at 40 Anderston Quay, Glasgow, G3 8DA.
A public consultation event will take place on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 between 3pm and 7pm at The Radisson RED Hotel Glasgow, 25 Tunnel Street, Glasgow, G3 8HL. During this event, members of the project team will be available to respond to any questions and receive feedback on the proposals.
Further information and a copy of the consultation boards will be available from Iceni Projects, 201 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LW. If you wish to make comments on the proposals in relation to this consultation event, you may do so in person at the event or contact us by email by sending feedback to 40anderstonquay@iceniprojects.com no later than Monday 30th September 2024.
A second consultation event will be held in due course. Details of this will be published in advance of the event.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, statutory neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
