Notice is given that the Local Planning Authority has received the following applications:
Development which affects a listed building in a conservation area.

58 New London Road Chelmsford CM2 0PD New substation and enclosure to replace existing. Ref No. 24/00999/FUL
Major development within a designated conservation area which also affects the setting of a listed building.
The Meadows Development Backnang Square Chelmsford Essex
Construction of new retail, commercial and community space and residential with an indicative capacity of 225 homes. Ref No. 24/01046/FUL & 24/01046/OUT
These applications can be viewed on our website at www.chelmsford.gov.uk/planning or at the Council offices in Duke Street, Chelmsford during normal opening hours.
Comments can be submitted on the website or by writing to the Council at P.O. Box 7544, Chelmsford, CM1 1JE, quoting the appropriate reference number, by 20 September 2024.
Please note that comments submitted will be available for the public to read, and if an appeal is lodged will be passed to the Secretary of State. Please see our website for further information.
