NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

KCC/FH/0115/2024 – Proposed development at Land adjacent to Ashford Road/A20 Westenhanger, Hythe, Kent CT21 4HU.

WW Martin and KCC Waste Management is applying to Kent County Council Planning Applications Group for planning permission for a Regulation 3 Application for the erection of a waste transfer station, together with an enhanced site access to the A20, amenity blocks, staff and commercial vehicle parking, weighbridge and fuelling areas plus landscaping/ecology areas and SUDS.

We accept comments online via the direct link on the County Council’s website or by email to planning.applications@kent.gov.uk . You may also write to Planning Applications Group, Kent County Council, First Floor, Invicta House, County Hall, Maidstone, Kent ME14 1XX although we would strongly encourage you to submit comments online or by email at this time due to ongoing hybrid working arrangements.

We accept comments within 21 days from the date of this notice (25 September 2024). Please quote the application reference number (KCC/FH/0115/2024) and note that comments may be drawn to the attention of Council Members, the applicant and other interested persons and may include publishing on the District Council website.
