Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 48/24/00001: 53 Knutscroft Lane, Thurloxton, Taunton, TA2 8RJ. Erection of single storey rear South extension, removal of flat roof above existing extension & formation of a pitched roof. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application)
Application No. 02/24/00015:1 Bailifls Close, Axbridge, BS26 2AZ. Erection of a first floor side East extension over existing. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way & adjoins a Conservation Area & may affect its character. (Householder application).
Application No. 37/24/00075: Flowers Patch, Maunsel Road, North Newton, Bridgwater, TA7 0BP. Erection of first floor extension to existing detached garage. This development may affect the setting of a public right of way. (Householder application).
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 17/09/2024. Applications can be viewed online https://sdc.somerset.gov.uk/planning_online, or at Council Offices & libraries.
