Greystoke CB Ltd submitted an outline planning application on land at the above address to South Oxfordshire District Council (SODC) (Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, 0X14 3JE) on 17th July 2023 (SODC ref: P23/ S2384/0).

The application is for a mixed- use development for employment uses, creche, forest school and associated infrastructure. This was accompanied by an Environmental Statement (ES).

The application was refused by SODC on 6th November 2023 and is now the subject of appeal to the Secretary of State under the reference APP/Q3115/W/24/3343775.
