These applications are Major Development

RB2024/0772 - Erection of building for business, general industry, storage and distribution for B2, B8 and Class E:(g) use and associated service yard and car park area at land at Waddington Way Aldwarke for  E.V. Waddington LTD

RB2024/1124 - Demolition of existing modular employment buildings, erection of three buildings comprising a total of 1,746 sqm sub-divided into 12 units for use as B2 (general industrial), Class B8 (storage and distribution), Class E(g)(ii) (research and development of products or processes) and Class E(g)(iii) (light industrial processes) with ancillary offices and associated parking, servicing space and hard and soft landscaping including means of enclosure and security lighting at land within Aven Industrial Estate Tickhill Road Maltby for Ladybill Ltd

The above application(s) have been received by the Council.

Members of the public may see the application(s) on-line at www.rotherham.gov.uk  or at the Council’s Customer Service Centre at Riverside House address below, on Monday–Friday during all reasonable hours.

The Council will allow 21 days from the date of this notice for written comments on the application. Your comments will be considered before a decision is made and your letter may be seen by members of the public (including the applicant).
