Notice is hereby given, in accordance with the above legislation, that Oadby and Wigston Borough Council has received the following applications for consideration:-
24/00296/FUL - 21 Stoughton Drive South Oadby Leicester Leicestershire
Proposed two storey and single storey rear extension Reason for advert: Application which may affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
24/00310/FUL - 2 Glebe Gardens Oadby Leicester Leicestershire
Proposed ground floor extensions and alterations to roof to provide first floor accommodation
Reason for advert: Application which may affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
24/00285/FUL And 24/00286/LBC - Hastings House, Hastings Lodge And Stables Stoughton Drive South Oadby Leicester
Change of use from student accommodation and education use (Sui Generis) to a single family dwellinghouse (Use Class C3), including demolition of a greenhouse, erection of a boundary fence and internal and external works of repair and refurbishment, including landscaping works
Reason for advert: Application which may affect the character and appearance of a Conservation Area
The above applications can be viewed on our website www. oadby-wigston.gov.uk. Any representations must be sent in writing to the Planning Control Manager at Brocks Hill Council Offices, Washbrook Lane, Oadby, Leicester LE2 5JJ within 21 days from the date of this notice (excluding Bank Holidays).
In the case of a householder application, in the event that an appeal is made using the Householder Appeals Service any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations at the appeal stage.
