TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) REGULATIONS 1990 - NOTICE UNDER REGULATION 5 OR 13

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to convert former offices to 21 apartments at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley.  Application Nos. 2024/92105 & 2024/92106.

2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use of 6 HMO C4 use to form 6 C3 use residential apartments at 16-18, Station Road, Batley.  Application Nos. 2024/91574 & 2024/92209.

The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting

3. Alterations to detached garage/workshop to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with 11, Oxford Road, Dewsbury at 11, Oxford Road, Dewsbury.  Application No. 2024/91807.

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development

4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to convert former offices to 21 apartments (Listed Building within a Conservation Area) at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley.  Application Nos. 2024/92105 & 2024/92106.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application, we strongly advise you do so via:

All representations should include your name and address. Anonymous representations will not be taken into account. In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000, any comments received will be published in full on our website including your address. If you do not wish your address to be published you should specifically request this and any details in your comments identifying your address will be redacted.
