The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent, would affect the setting of a Listed Building and are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting
1. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to convert former offices to 21 apartments at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley. Application Nos. 2024/92105 & 2024/92106.
2. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for change of use of 6 HMO C4 use to form 6 C3 use residential apartments at 16-18, Station Road, Batley. Application Nos. 2024/91574 & 2024/92209.
The following planning application has been received which is either within a Conservation Area or affects its setting
3. Alterations to detached garage/workshop to create dwelling forming annex accommodation associated with 11, Oxford Road, Dewsbury at 11, Oxford Road, Dewsbury. Application No. 2024/91807.

The following planning applications have been received which constitute Major Development
4. Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for alterations to convert former offices to 21 apartments (Listed Building within a Conservation Area) at Wesley House, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley. Application Nos. 2024/92105 & 2024/92106.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about an application, we strongly advise you do so via:

• in writing (Please note there will be delays in processing these due to disruptions to the postal service and limited staff resources) to Kirklees Council, Planning and Development Service, PO Box 1720, Huddersfield, HD1 9EL. within 21 days of the date of this publication*.
