(overlapping Abbey View), Beacon Way, Sneaton, Listed
Building consent for demolition of single storey rear extension.
Affects a Conservation Area: NYM/2024/0575, Mr & Mrs
Withers, Ivy Cottage, High Street, Egton, installation of
replacement uPVC double glazed windows to front elevation
(retrospective).
Affects a Conservation area and affects a Listed Building:
NYM/2024/0551, Mr John Wooller, 9 The Esplanade,
Robin Hoods Bay, Listed Building consent for installation
of replacement cast iron guttering, replacement of damaged
bricks and repointing works.
