Proposed Development at Palmers Wood Oil Field, Godstone, Surrey RH9 8BY
Star Energy Group PLC has applied to Surrey County Council for planning permission for retention of two hydrocarbon well sites, interconnecting pipeline, access roads, wells and associated infrastructure, plant, buildings and equipment for a limited period and restoration of the land without compliance with Condition 1 (Approved Plans), Condition 2 (oil extraction cessation and infrastructure removal), Condition 3 (Restoration time limit) and Condition 16 (Woodland Restoration Plan) of planning permission ref: TA10/0060 dated 8 August 2011 to retain site infrastructure and activities for a further temporary period.
