NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Notice is given that an application has been made to the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham by Mr C Humphreys, London Borough of Barking and Dagenham (c/o Auburn Group Ltd) to obtain planning permission for:

Application No: 24/01058/FULL

Proposal: Demolition of The Heathway Centre building and three adjoining demountable buildings and construction of a replacement specialist Learning and Staff Training Centre; reconfiguration of existing main vehicular access onto the A1240 Heathway; associated hard and soft landscaping, including reconfiguration of existing car parking; and construction of secondary vehicle access onto the A1240 Heathway to provide a drop-off and pick-up facility.

Location: Trinity School, School Site Heathway, Dagenham, Barking And Dagenham, RM10 7SJ
