Hysbysiad O Gais Am Ganiatâd Cynllunio Gyda Datganiad Amgylcheddol

 Hysbysir yma fod MED Dafydd wedi cyflwyno cais cynllunio (NP5/59/495C) i Awdurdod Parc Cenedlaethol Eryri an Gynllun cynhyrchu trydan dwr arfaethedig i gynhyrchu hyd at (600kW) yn Afon Cynfal, i gynnwys llwybr pibelli, cored mewnlif, pwll echdynnu, llifddor o dan y ddaear (tua 1.2km), adeilad tyrbin, adeilad mesuryddion, newidiadau i’r mynediad presennol ac ail-osod lleoli mynedfa priffordd bresennol, ardaloedd gosod i lawr, compownd adeiladu dros dro, gwyriad llwybr troed dros dro a chysylltiad pwer trydan uwchben ac o dan y ddaear i’r grid cenedlaethol (tua 600m) (Ail-gais), Tir ger Pont yr Afon Gam, Llan Ffestiniog.

Gall aelodau o’r cyhoedd archwilio copïau o’r cynlluniau, ac unrhyw ddogfennau eraill a gyflwynwyd a’r cais ar wefan yr Awdurdod www.eryri.llyw.cymru neu yn Swyddfa’r Parc Cenedlaethol, Penrhyndeudraeth yn ystod oriau gwaith arferol trwy apwyntiad ymlaen llaw.

Notice Of Application For Planning  Permission Accompanied By An  Environmental Statement

 I give notice that MED Dafydd have submitted a planning application (NP5/59/495C) for planning permission for Proposed hydro-electric generation scheme to generate up to (600kW) at Afon Cynfal, to include pipe route, intake weir, extraction pond, below ground penstock (circa 1.2km), turbine building, metering building, alterations to existing access and re-positioning of an existing highway access, laydown areas, temporary construction compound, temporary footpath diversion and above and below ground electric power connection to national grid (circa 600m) (Re-submission) Land Near Pont yr Afon Gam, Llan Ffestiniog.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the plans, other documents and addendum to the environmental statement submitted on the Authority’s website www.eryri.llyw.cymru or at the Snowdonia National Park Offices, Penrhyndeudraeth during normal office hours, by prior appointment.

To access these documents on our website select the ‘Planning’ link from the home page. Choose ‘Search Planning Applications’ and input the planning application number (NP5/59/495C) in the ‘planning reference’ box.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement, addendum, non-technical summary and any other documents for a fee of £850 from RML, Office 1, Llys Clwyd, Cwrt y Dderwen, Ffordd Celyn, Ruthin, Denbighshire, LL15 1NJ Tel 01824 704366

Any persons wishing to make representations concerning the application should do so in writing to the Director of Planning and Cultural Heritage, Snowdonia National Park, Penrhyndeudraeth, Gwynedd, LL48 6LF, or by email to Cynllunio@eryri.llyw.cymru within 21 days of the date of this notice
