Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk/planning. Comments to be received by 12 September 2024, 12 Noon. Please note that your comments will be published on the Council’s website.

It is an offence to remove or demolish, extend or alter the buildings without first obtaining the necessary consents from the Council.

The council has to decide the application within eight weeks. The case officer will assess the proposal against the relevant policies in the local plan.

If you wish to speak at the Planning Committee meeting, you must register with the Committee Officer by 5 pm on the day before the meeting. Details of how to do this are available on our website.

We have also notified the Parish Council, and they may also wish to comment on the proposals. If the decision is to refuse permission, the reasons will be set out clearly in the decision notice.
