NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF
APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
I give notice that AIM Land Limited are applying to Blackpool Council for planning permission for External alterations to Unit 1 (the former Odeon building) including the enlargement of the front canopy, the creation of a glazed corner feature on the front/side elevation, installation of new shopfronts to front and rear elevations, installation of roller shutters and a canopy to rear following the demolition of an existing bin store and use of Unit 1 as altered as a Class B8 Unit (Self-Storage) with two mezzanine floors, three Use Class E(b) units and two employment/trade counter units (Use Class B8/Class E(g)/Sui Generis) and associated works including alterations to the car parking layout. At Festival Leisure Park, Rigby Road, Blackpool, FY1 5EP. This proposal is being publicised because it constitutes a major development. Quote Ref: 24/0416.
