I HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that North Norfolk District Council is dealing with the following applications:

CATFIELD PO/24/1589 Erection of single self-build dwelling (outline with details of access only all other matters reserved); Land Adjacent To Landes, The Street Catfield, Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, NR29 5AZ for Mr Peter Burt; Reasons: i)

CLEY-NEXT-THE-SEA PF/24/1669 Single-storey extension to rear of dwellinghouse; Westering, Holt Road, Cley-next-the-sea, Holt, Norfolk, NR25 7UA for Miss Clare Beswick; Reasons: c)

CROMER LA/24/1660 Internal and external works to upgrade lighthouse ncluding replacement of obsolete optics with LED lanterns and relocation of the RACON radar to the gallery handrail; Cromer Lighthouse, Overstrand Road, Cromer, Norfolk, NR27 0JH for Emma Mealing; Reasons: e)

FELBRIGG PF/24/1647 Demolition of 4 bay timber garage and erection of replacement 4 bay with first-floor home office and storage to serve the dwelling known as "Woodlands"; Woodlands, Metton Road, Felbrigg, Norwich, Norfolk NR11 8PJ for Mr Richard Howlett; Reasons: c)

STALHAM RV/24/1696 Construction of 8 no. dwellings (comprising of 5no two-bedroom dwellings, 1no three-bedroom dwellings and 2no one-bedroom flats) and associated works without complying with condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission PF/23/2046 to allow for minor amendments to materials palette and amendments to house type B and house type C to reflect amended drawing numbers; Old Baker's Yard , High Street, Stalham, NR12 9GA for Rob Shearwood; Reasons: c) f)

The reasons for the advertisement are: (a) is a major development (b) is contrary to the provisions of the Development Plan (c) affects the character and appearance of a Conservation Area (d) affects the setting of a Conservation Area (e) affects a Listed Building (f) affects the setting of a Listed Building (g) affects a Right of Way (h) accompanied by an Environmental Statement (i) affects a public right of way (j) affect setting of Ancient Monument (k) In the Public Interest

The applications and plans may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of the Council, Holt Road, Cromer NR27 9EN. Any representations should be submitted in writing to the Council within 21 days of the date of this Notice If the application is for householder development and permission is refused, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage if it is dealt with on the basis of representations in writing.
