24/0988/HSE/HHO: 2 Rose Lawn, Bushey Heath, Bushey, WD23 1HW. Single storey front and side extensions following demolition of garage. Timber cladding to part front elevation and link between existing rear dormer windows. Alterations to fenestration. Reason: Conservation Area.

24/0860/LBC/MV: 7 - 9 Sparrows Heme, Bushey. Replacement of existing wooden picket fence to front boundary of both 7 & 9 Sparrows Heme. (Application for Listed Building Consent) Reason: Listed Building.

24/0979/FUL/MV: Advanced Autos, Park Avenue, Bushey, WD23 2GD. Demolition of existing workshops and construction of replacement workshops for commercial use with associated parking. Reason: Green Belt.

24/1003/FUL/MV: Land Rear Of 68 Wayside Avenue, Bushey. Construction of detached, two storey 3 bed house with solar panels to single storey flat roof and rainwater collection system, and outbuilding to facilitate cycle store and bin store, with 2x parking spaces, vehicular and pedestrian access onto Albany Close to include sliding vehicular gate with brick piers, boundary treatments, hard and soft landscaping. Reason: Green Belt.

24/0934/FUL/JLE: Land At Caldecote Farm, North Of Elstree Road, Bushey. Residential development comprising 80 apartments (Use Class C3), 13 family homes (Use Class C3) and an 80 bed care home (dementia and general needs care) (Use Class C2), with access from Elstree Road, associated Landscaping, parking, works and other development. Reason: Major Development in Green Belt.

24/1022/OUT/AKA: Land At Bushey Hall Golf Club, Bushey Mill Lane, Bushey. Outline planning application for the provision of new homes (Class C3) and community, healthcare and well-being faculties (Use Classes F2, E(e)), along with the creation of accesses, landscaping and associated works to facilitate the development (Outline with all matters reserved, except for Residential Access and Layout). Reason: Major Development in Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.

If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
