TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:

24/0986VCLE/WC: Tredinnock, Elstree Hill South, Elstree, Borehamwood, WD6 3DE. Retrospective conversion of house to 3x 1 bed flats. Certificate of lawful development (Existing). Reason: Conservation Area and Green Belt.

24/1014/FUL/CE: Salisbury Hall, Bell Lane, London Colney, St Albans, AL2 1BU. Change of use of land from Agricultural to F2 (Museum), permanent installation of a marquee, the display of static aircraft and historic aircraft parts and the installation of a perimeter fence (retrospective application). Reason: Green Belt.

24/1017/HSE/HHO: Nelson Cottage, Rowley Lane, Borehamwood, WD6 5PD. Regularisation of replacement front gate. (Revised application). Reason: Listed Building and Green Belt.

Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.

Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices. If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
