Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2024/1210PLAMAJ: Happy Acres, Russ Hill, Charlwood, Horley, RH6 0EL: Reduction of an agricultural storage barn with removal of one bay, retention of reduced area of hardstanding and biodiversity enhancements.
MO/2024/1293: 87-99, High Street, Dorking: Replacement of western doors to existing commercial unit (Use Class E).
MO/2024/1273: Little Cornard, Rose Hill, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 2ED: Erection of single storey rear extension with pitched roof, rooflights and solar panels.
MO/2024/1233/VC: St Michaels Cottage, London Road, Mickleham, Dorking, RH5 6EH: Variation of condition 2 and 3 of approved planning permission
MO/2022/2166 for the insertion of new patio doors in place of existing rear elevation windows, conversion of existing rear access door to window and formation of new side access door to eastern elevation,to allow for the removal of the existing dilapidated timber cladding from the rear and flank elevations and replaced with a suitable render to match the front of the property.
Aberdeen House, Guildford Road, Abinger Hammer, Dorking, RH5 6RY: Replacement of existing windows.
MO/2024/0957: Florents Farm, Logmore Lane, Westcott, Dorking, RH4 3JN: Variation of Condition 2 of planning permission MO/93/1097 for the erection of Double garage, stables and tack room totalling 127sqm to allow the garage to be constructed with a east-west pitch roof with solar panels. Copies of these applications and plans are open for inspection at www.molevalley.gov.uk. Representations should be submitted in writing by 13 September 2024
