P/HOU/2024/04351 - 10 High Street Fordington Dorchester DT1 1JZ - Demolish existing garage. Erect new garage with garden room and extension to existing pottery studio.

Gillingham P/LBC/2024/04544 - The Court House Wyke Road Gillingham SP8 5NS - Create a ‘Free Standing’ cubicle within a First Floor Bedroom to form an En-Suite W.C.

Mappowder P/LBC/2024/04522 - 594 Hammond Street Mappowder DT10 2EH - Replace existing windows with new timber double glazed windows. Remove wall in ground floor room and form store cupboard.

Stourton Caundle P/LBC/2024/04419 - The Old Forge Golden Hill Stourton Caundle DT10 2JR - Replacement of modern one and a half storey extension on south side of dwelling in a similar form. Sturminster Newton P/FUL/2024/04277 - Butts Pond Station Road Sturminster Newton DT10 1BE - Change of use from a commercial unit to a community food hub. Enlarge window and fill in part of shutter door opening on east elevation.
