The following applications have been received for proposals which may affect a Listed Building and/or a Conservation Area, may be a Major Development and/ or Departure from the Development Plan, and/or affect a Public Right Of Way or an Environmental Statement has been submitted. Details may be inspected on line at www.runnymede.gov.uk. Any representations can be done by going through the planning search on the Council website and pressing “make a comment”, this needs to be received within 21 days from the publication of this notice; one additional day will be given for each Bank Holiday falling within this period.

RU.24/0964 4 Field Cottage, Land Adjacent, The Lane, Virginia Water, Surrey, GU25 4BX Erection of 6 dwellings with associated access, parking and landscaping.

RU.24/1004 Strodes College, High Street, Egham, Surrey, TW20 9DR Internal layout alterations in one of the Grade II Listed Almshouses on site to accommodate a new WC and kitchen. The works will also include the installation of new building services such as mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling, alterations to the roof to accommodate the new building services plant, new secondary glazing units across all window openings and the replacement of internal and external doors.
