PRE-APPLICATION CONSULTATION PUBLIC EVENT

Proposal: Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) of up to 30 megawatts (MW) with associated access and infrastructure

Site Location: Cordon Farm, Abernethy, Perth, Scotland, PH2 9LN

Following our initial public consultation event in February 2023, you are invited to take part in the discussions for this proposal for a Battery Storage at Cordon Farm, Abernethy, PH2 9LN.

A first public exhibition will take place on Wednesday 11th September 2024 between 3 pm - 7 pm at Williamson Hall, Kirk Wynd, Abernethy, PH2 9JD A website with project information and community consultation for this proposal will be available from 23rd August at: http://cordonBESS.co.uk

You are able to make comment on the proposals directly to the applicant at the above event. These comments must be submitted no later than 27th September 2024.

Please note that all comments must be sent to the applicant to the contact details stated above and NOT to Perth and Kinross Council. There will be an opportunity to make representations to the Council as and when a formal planning application for the proposal is submitted.
