I give notice that Monkhurst Ltd c/o Grassroots Planning is applying to Wealden District Council for outline application with all matters reserved bar access for the provision of 9 no. self-build dwellings, access from Sandy Cross Lane, and ancillary works. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
HELLINGLY – WD/2024/1733/MRM
Proposed development at land east of North Street, Lower Horsebridge, Hailsham, BN27 4DR. I give notice that Stonewater Limited c/o Thakeham Partnerships Limited is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for reserved matters (access, appearance, landscaping, layout and scale) pursuant to outline permission WD/2019/1575/MAO (outline application for up to 130 residential units including access (all other matters reserved)) for erection of 124 dwellings with associated access, parking, landscaping and infrastructure works. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
