Take notice that application is being made by: McDonald’s Restaurants Limited, c/o Planware Limited (Agent)
Applicant Name: Mr Matthew Carpenter
For planning permission to: Demolition of existing building and erection of a freestanding restaurant with drive-thru facility, car parking, landscaping and associated works, including Customer Order Displays (COD) and Play Frame (Sui Generis).
Local Planning Authority to whom the application is being submitted: North Warwickshire Borough Council, The Council House, South Street, Atherstone, Warwickshire, CV9 1DE
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
